Sight: Purplish red color.

Nose: Fresh, fruity wine, with spicy aromas, red rose petals, cherry and black plum.

Mouth: Macerated fruit, notes of vanilla from its ageing in oak. Good structure, warmth and weight.


Winemaking

Vat: Stainless steel tanks with individual temperature control system of high accuracy.
Alcoholic fermentation: From 15 to 20 days with cultured yeasts. Temperature: 77ºF.
Malolactic fermentation: Natural and complete, from 20 to 30 days.
Maceration: Cold maceration previous to fermentation for 4 days; post- fermentative maceration for 14 days. Temperature: 46/50ºF. Duration: 48/72 hs.
Winery aging: 24 months
Oak aging: 9 months
Bottle aging: 24 months

Alcohol: 13.5%
Total acidity: 4.55 g/l
Reducing sugar: 2.37 g/l

Pairings: Special for roasted or grilled meat and pasta with red sauce. Argentine typical or regional food. Semi hard cheese and smoked products.
