Sight: Purple intense and brilliant.
Nose: In nose it is complex and intense. Aromas are perceived to cherries, figs, jam of cherries and black chocolate accompanied by floral notes. Slight shades of rind of orange and hazelnuts, contributed by his step along wood, contribute with his aromatic complexity.
Mouth: Soft, of good body, the structure appears at the end of the mouth. Elegant and long, with good aromatic persistence.
Vat: Stainless still tank up to 20..000 lts.
Alcoholic fermentation: 82-86 ºF
Malolactic fermentation: it is done after alcoholic fermentacion has ocurred.
Maceration: 3 or 4 weeks. Delestages and 10 pumpovers during fermentation enhanced the wine’s extraction.

Oak aging: 12 months
