Nose: The rich and refined nose features citrus aromas such as pink grapefruit and lime, white peach and pasture notes. The fermentation in small oak barrels contributes with some elegant notes of vanilla and caramel
Mouth: The palate is fresh, soft and, clean with fruity hints and a balanced acidity. It has a great length.
Alcoholic fermentation: 30% in French and American oak barrels and 70%in stainless steel tanks with selected enzymes andyeasts
Malolactic fermentation: Only the 30%. Induced inside French oak barrels
Maceration: 24 hours cold maceration of the clusters in cooling chamber. Slight crush and protection ofthe grains with carbonic gas inside the pneumatic press
