Sight: Very intense purplish red color.
Nose: Complex in the nose with a combination of aromas of red fruits such as cherries and sour cherries. The mouth-feel is smooth, fresh and fruity, with vanilla and caramel nuances from ageing in small oak barrels.
Mouth: This is a young wine with well defined characteristics.
Alcoholic fermentation: In stainless steel tanks with selected enzymes and yeasts.
Malolactic fermentation: 100% in stainless steel tanks
Maceration: Two days at low temperature, then eight days fermentation and finally five days maceration.
Pairings: Meats: beef, venison, boar, roasted pork or lamb.
Sauces: red wine sauce, bolognese
