Sight: It features a deep bright red color to the sight.

Nose: The nose shows a compelling mix of different aromas like red fruits, black pepper and spices. The oak brings some vanilla and coffee notes. This Cabernet is well structured, fresh and fruity.

Mouth: A young wine with very well defined characteristics.

Alcoholic fermentation: In stainless steel tanks with culture enzymes and yeasts for 10 days at 24ºc degrees.
Malolactic fermentation: 100% with lactic bacteria sowing in stainless steel tanks.
Maceration: Three days in cold with carbonic gas and dry ice. After fermentation a seven-day maceration with submerge cap at low temperature.
Winery aging: 6 months
Oak aging: 6 months
Bottle aging: 12 months


Alcohol: 14%
Total acidity: 5 g/l
