WineSur » Margot » Maula Malbec Oak 2011
Sight: Intense red color with violet sparkles.
Nose: Red fruit aromas, especially prunes. A bit spicy, with chocolate and leather notes.
Mouth: Soft and velvety. Sweet tannins and great presence of Argentina's typical grape. Rounded, persistent and a-pleasure-to-drink finish.
Malolactic fermentation: Yes
Maceration: Pre-fermentative maceration in cold. Before fermentation 20% of the juice was eliminated, to achieve higher concentration of color and aromas.
Oak aging: 8 months
