Mouth: Fleshy, thick and full-bodied. It is captivating for its rich acidity and velvet tannins.

Mairena, spanish name of a woman. Mónica y Gabriel had the desire to call their fifth daughter Mairena Lucía. In those years, in 1995 the Civil Registration Office did not allow it. Ten years later it was the name chosen for the wine they consider as a son.
