Sight: Intense greenish yellow color.

Nose: Aromas of flowers and fruits, such as ripe yellow peaches, banana and pineapple.

Mouth: In the mouth, the sensations in the nose are remembered. Well defined taste, full-bodied, long finish. Great balance.


Winemaking

Vat: Stainless steel tanks with individual temperature control system of high accuracy.
Malolactic fermentation: Natural and complete, from 20 to 30 days.
Maceration: Cold maceration previous to fermentation for 4 days; post- fermentative maceration for 14 days. Temperature: 46/50ºF. Duration: 48/72 hs.
Winery aging: 6 months
Bottle aging: 6 months

Analysis

Alcohol: 13.5%
Total acidity: 6.15 g/l
Reducing sugar: 3.52 g/l
