Sight: It has an intense and attractive red color.
Nose: Its aroma reminds of red and black fruits.
Mouth: In the mouth it has a good balance, nice tannins and a long finish.
Vat: Grapes are received in the winepress and once they are destemmed they are sent to small containers.
Alcoholic fermentation: The temperature is slowly increased to 20ºC and selected yeasts are added. Fermentation lasts between 10 and 15 days, in a controlled temperature lower than 28ºC.

Pairings: It is ideal to accompany with dishes such as tamales, humitas (flavored corn paste wrapped in corn leaves) and also with roasted meats.
This line of wines and sparkling wines is named after “EL PLATA” mount, the highest point of the well known Andean mountainous range and provider of water that irrigate our vineyards.
