Nose: Elegant wine due to the dominant notes of small red fuits, plums and species together with a touch of vanilla granted by its oak aging.

Mouth: It is a harmonious and sensual wine of great personality, full body and masculinity. It is vibrant, fresh to the palate and with a lingering finish.

Alcoholic fermentation: Prefermentative maceration during 48 hours. It is feremented at 77ºF for 10-15 days applying délestages and remontages (during 2 days)
Malolactic fermentation: 50%
Maceration: Classic maceration during 7 days
Oak aging: 12 months
Bottle aging: 6 months
