Crios de susana balbo rosé of malbec 2009

Grape variety: Malbec 100%
Sight: Intense and brigh rosé color.
Nose: Delicious aromas of fresh strawberries.
Mouth: On the palate, the flavors of strawberries and fresh cherries come rushing in, accompanied by some spice notes and a clean, dry finish.

BenMarco Malbec 2008

Grape variety: Malbec 90% - Bonarda 10%
Sight: it has an intense purple color
Nose: intense aromas of ripe red fruits and roasted coffee beans
Mouth: it is lush, full-bodied and penetrating on the palate with cassis and currant jam flavors, balanced acidity and strong tannins. Bonarda grants this typical Argentina’s Malbec a greater complexity and a better balance

Susana Balbo Brioso 2007

Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 60% - Petit Verdot 5% - Malbec 15% - Merlot 10% - Cabernet Franc 10%
Sight: Deep ruby color.
Nose: Deep aromas of casis framed by sublte vanilla notes due to the aging in French oak barrels.
Mouth: Big, lush and concentrated with a core of red and black currant fruit. It has a range of layered flavors including dark chocolate, tobacco and cedar leading into a long finish.

About us

In 1999, after working more than 20 years as a consultant winemaker for national and international wine companies, Susana decided to have her dream come true and started to build Dominio del Plata in the heart of Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. After more than 10 years of steady growth in foreign markets, another dream was fulfilled: her children, José, winemaker, and Ana, Bachelor of Business Administration, decided to go on with the family tradition and join Dominio del Plata team.

Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, Dominio del Plata is characterized by its simple and unique architecture, designed for the production of high-end wines. Each grape variety is hand-picked and carefully handled so as to maintain the fruit expression and achieve wines with a singular unique style.

During the last years, Susana and her team have been working tirelessly on meeting the international highest-quality standards and have showed their commitment to some of the major issues of the 21st century: food safety, environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
