Crios de susana balbo rosé of malbec 2009

Grape variety: Malbec 100%
Sight: Intense and brigh rosé color.
Nose: Delicious aromas of fresh strawberries.
Mouth: On the palate, the flavors of strawberries and fresh cherries come rushing in, accompanied by some spice notes and a clean, dry finish.

Crios Torrontes 2011

Grape variety: Torrontés 100%
Sight: Pale gold.
Nose: Enticing aromas of white flowers, rose petals combined with hints of citrics, white peach and lytchees.
Mouth: On the palate, it has a beautiful structure and acidity, a perfect balance and beautiful freshness. Excellent balance between floral and fruity characteristics.

Crios Cabernet Sauvignon 2011

Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 95% - Malbec 5%
Sight: Dark reddish color.
Nose: Aromas of ripe plums, freshly crushed cherries framed by light hints of sweet vanilla from the oak.
Mouth: In the mouth, the intense flavors of ripe red fruits mingle with red pepper notes typical of the Cabernet and lead to a long, juicy finish. Lively and well balanced, this wine has an amazing fruit quality and complexity on the palate.

About us

In 1999, after working more than 20 years as a consultant winemaker for national and international wine companies, Susana decided to have her dream come true and started to build Dominio del Plata in the heart of Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. After more than 10 years of steady growth in foreign markets, another dream was fulfilled: her children, José, winemaker, and Ana, Bachelor of Business Administration, decided to go on with the family tradition and join Dominio del Plata team.

Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, Dominio del Plata is characterized by its simple and unique architecture, designed for the production of high-end wines. Each grape variety is hand-picked and carefully handled so as to maintain the fruit expression and achieve wines with a singular unique style.

During the last years, Susana and her team have been working tirelessly on meeting the international highest-quality standards and have showed their commitment to some of the major issues of the 21st century: food safety, environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
