Domaine Bousquet presents its 2011 Domaine Bousquet Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva, made with organic grapes from estate-owned vineyards in Tupungato at 4,000 feet elevation, one of the highest vineyards in Mendoza.
2011 Domaine Bousquet Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva, 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Malbec, was aged for 10 months in French oak barrels and it rested 6 months in the bottle. It displays an intense purplish-red color. On the nose, notes of blackcurrant and tobacco can be perceived; and in the mouth, this wine shows shades of berries and spices. The medium palate offers toasty notes, raspberries and minerals. The finish is long with delicate tannins and mocha flavors. This wine is of an elegant style with good intensity and a pleasant finish. It is the perfect match for pasta and red meat.
2011 Domaine Bousquet Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva has a suggested price of AR 80 at wine shops.
