In 2012, the winery located in the East of the province of Mendoza decided to invest a large amount of money to modernize its facilities and machinery.
It was recently that Carelli bought and set up a new labeling line (GAI model 9443W) to make the operating process more efficient and provide clients with a better service.
It also completed the building of a wastewater treatment plant that allows reusing cleaning water to irrigate, after being treated and decanted. “This is part of Carelli’s commitment to the environment,” said Gustavo Gago, General Manager of the firm.
What is more, the winery is proud to show its new irrigation dam that holds back meltwater and optimizes the use of water though a drip irrigation system.
