Alpasión Malbec Crianza 2011 obtained 90 Parker points in a wine tasting conducted by Neal Martin, Robert Parker’s representative.
It will be available in the domestic market through the representation of: Altocedro S.A
The company has also the ‘Private Selection 2011’ line. It is also a high-end wine, but unlike the Crianza, it is a blend of 50% Malbec , 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 25% Syrah. Its 2011 production amounted to 2,500 bottles; and around 7,500 bottles are thought for the 2012 vintage, which will be bottled in December.
